Conditions of Use

        Welcome to Snap DPL Internet site (the "Site", "Service"). These Terms of Service together with Snap DPL Inc.'s Privacy Statement (collectively the "Terms") govern your use of this Site. Snap DPL may change the Terms of Service from time to time. Your access to the site in any way is evidence of your acceptance of the Terms and the enforcement of said Terms. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not use the Site. Snap DPL reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change, modify, or otherwise alter these Terms at any time effective upon posting of the modified Terms on the Site. Please review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Site or any materials or services accessible through it, after such posting or notification means you accept the modifications. The use by you of any content or services accessible through the Site may be subject to your acceptance of separate agreements with Snap DPL or third parties.

        You will need to establish and maintain a checking account ("Bank Account”) to facilitate payment of fees to Snap DPL and the transfer of amounts. You irrevocably authorize Snap DPL and our sponsor banks to immediately debit your Bank Account for any and all fraudulent transactions, any negative balance in your Merchant Account, for current and past due fees, payment equipment rentals/purchases, fines, penalties, or any amounts you owe us under this Agreement. You agree that Snap DPL shall not incur any liability for any loss, costs, or fees incurred by you that are the result of such debits by us. We will take reasonable steps to verify your Bank Account information, for example, by requiring you to provide us a cancelled check or by debiting and credit micro-deposits into your Bank Account, including on a recurring basis. You agree that you will not change your Bank Account without our prior consent, which will not be unreasonably withheld. If you do not obtain such prior consent, Snap DPL may immediately terminate this Agreement.

        This Agreement describes the terms governing your use of the Snap DPL Software including content, updates and new releases (collectively, the “Software”). It includes by reference: Snap DPL's Privacy Statement provided to you in the Software available on the website or provided to you otherwise; Additional Terms and Conditions, which may include those from third parties; and Any terms provided separately to you for the Software, including product or program terms, ordering, activation, payment terms, etc.

        In connection with your use of the Site, you may be made aware of services, products, offers and promotions provided by third parties, and not by Snap DPL. If you decide to use Third Party Services, you are responsible for reviewing and understanding the terms and conditions governing any Third Party Services. You agree that the third party, and not Snap DPL, is responsible for the performance of the Third Party Services.
